Highest Safety Standards

The safety standards for our courses are unparalleled. Adam Stern, the founder of Freediving Australia and an eight-time Australian Freediving Champion, collaborated with government bodies in Australia and internationally to establish safety standards for the sport.

Expert Instructor Level

Our instructors possess the highest level of training in Australia. We uphold the most stringent requirements for instructors in the country, all of whom were personally trained by our founder, Adam Stern. Adam was one of the three creators of Molchanovs, the world’s most widely recognized freediving education system.

Small Class Sizes

Our courses are limited to a maximum of eight participants, ensuring a student-to-instructor ratio of 4:1. This allows for personalized attention and ample time for questions. You won’t get lost in a crowd, and you’ll have the opportunity to forge new connections with fellow freedivers.

Low Pressure Environment

We adopt a relaxed and enjoyable teaching approach. If you don’t meet the course requirements, you can retake the course as many times as needed, free of charge, until you succeed. There’s no pressure to rush; everyone progresses at their own pace.
